3. Discussion: Outstanding Youth Award opportunity hosted by the JJC of Region 6. Discuss the impact of the first Outstanding Youth Award being provided posthumously to the family of Traeden McPherson.

Review the success, challenges, and opportunities around the Outstanding Youth Award.

4. Discussion: Upcoming conferences and funding requests The most recent request for funding from the Preston officer is no longer needed. Are there any upcoming conferences or events where the council could potentially provide funds? All Members  
5. Discussion: How can we support and grow crossover youth efforts through wrap around programs? Discussion around how crossover efforts are going in Bear Lake county. Are there any needs that the council can be more aware of? What type of support would be helpful in improving wrap-around programs? All Members  
5. Discussion: Council recruiting/guest involvement A thank you to any and all guests in attendance. How can we continue to recruit guests, and potentially, new council members? All Members  
6. Discussion: Family Engagement Survey Council members, please refer to the email sent by Council Chair Shannon Fox. The Family Engagement Survey will help the Commission efforts to support the regional councils and their communities.
