PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

In accordance with Idaho Code § 67-2343, notice is hereby given of an open public meeting of the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections Custody Review Board hearings.  Pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2345(1)(i) these hearings will be held in executive session.

PURPOSE OF MEETINGS/AGENDA:    The purpose of this meeting is to consider records and hear testimony regarding juveniles who have been committed to the Department and a determination must be made whether or not they should be retained in custody, pursuant to Idaho Code § 20-520(1)(r). Due to the nature of this meeting the hearings will be closed under the executive session exemption.
