Pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2345(1)(i) these hearings will be held in executive session. \nDATE OF NOTICE: April 7\, 2021 \nDATE AND TIME OF MEETINGS: April 14\, 2021\n8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. \nPLACE OF MEETINGS: Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections – Headquarters & via BlueJeans & Phone Conferencing \nPERSONS ATTENDING: Jim Kerns\, Chair\nNancy Lopez\, Member\nShaun Gann\, Member\nMarcy Chadwell\, Member\nMarc Crecelius\, Deputy Attorney General\nJenna Hamilton\, Legal Assistant\nJames Phillips\, Juvenile Placement Manager\nJanette Hanson\, Office Specialist 2 \nPURPOSE OF MEETINGS/AGENDA: The purpose of this meeting is to consider records and hear testimony regarding juveniles who have been committed to the Department and a determination must be made whether or not they should be retained in custody\, pursuant to Idaho Code § 20-520(1)(r). Due to the nature of this meeting\, the hearings will be closed under the executive session exemption.
